a nice stay!
private pool attentive butler outdoor breakfast
we adored our royal villa courtyard. it was expansive and offered much comfort, perfect for enjoying meals together. breakfast was a dreamy experience outdoors beside our private pool. our butler was attentive, ready to assist with any request.
during my visit, i noticed the balcony wasn't as clean as expected. some plants looked to be uncared for. i hope they can address this minor detail for a more perfect experience.

high taxi costs neglected area
the location is a concern as it is quite far from the city center. this remoteness resulted in reliance on the hotel's transportation services, i found the taxi costs were excessively high. furthermore, the surrounding area was somewhat neglected (this was quite disappointing).

not meet expectations
disgusting place long drive
the hotel staff did quickly arrange a doctor when my baby became sick.
i was disappointed with how unkept this place was. dont waste your money staying somewhere dirty and disgusting like this! the location isnt great too, its a long drive from the airport.

warm water attentive service traditional snack
The staff prepared warm water with salt for my sister to soak her feet when she had a headache, which helped a lot. I appreciated Sudeshna's attentiveness very much. The snacks served upon arrival included mathri, a traditional snack, and I especially enjoyed it. Narendraji, from housekeeping, ensured the technical issues in the room were resolved promptly.

The Palace Suite was very spacious. The housekeeping service was perfect. The butler service on our floor was extraordinary, attending to every request patiently. They arranged a cake in our room for a birthday celebration.

The breakfast buffet spread was huge and sumptuous at the Sukh Villas restaurant. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff accommodated our every wish, great to sample Rajasthani cuisine. The Indian Specialty restaurant offers mirrored walls and candlelight.

fresh fruit indian dishes gym equipment shaded section dead plants dirty balcony loud music temperamental system
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. I liked the fresh fruit and the Indian dishes. The gym included three treadmills. it had two stationary bikes too. The pool area featured twenty loungers. A shaded section provided respite from the sun.
The balcony plants looked dead. The balcony itself lacked cleaning. loud music disrupted sleep at night. The hotel is next to a wedding venue. The telecom system was temperamental. i experienced issues with it in the room.
